Golf Sales Australia Shipping Costs.
Golf Sales Australia has aligned itself on setting reasonable shipping charges. The shipping chart below is a guide only for you to gauge what you should expect to pay for shipping.

You can get an exact quote through the shopping cart before you checkout and pay. Simply add all the items you’d like to your cart, select your country and enter your postcode in to the freight calculator and click "calculate".
Where is my order shipped from?
All shipments originate from Perth, Western Australia.
When will I get my clubs?
All orders are typically built and shipped within 48-72 hours of payment being received. In rare circumstances there may a short delay in delivery if your order is of an uncommon nature. Delivery times will vary depending on the destination.

There are two stages to our order process: building the clubs for you and then shipping them out from our warehouse. If you haven’t ordered golf clubs, then your equipment will ship within 24 hours of your order being placed. You will receive a notification email when your order leaves our warehouse. All shipments will get a Tracking Code where you can track your item in real time through the Courier website. You will be emailed this tracking number once the shipment has been sent from our warehouse.

Club Build: We custom build your order just for you. We aim to build your order within 48 hours of receiving payment. In some cases it can take up to 5 days to build your order however we will contact you if we foresee this occurring. Generally the more you customise your order with special requests, the longer it will take to build. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays will not get started until the following working day.

Time to Ship: Our club assembly facilities are located in Perth so shipping to the eastern states and territories (NSW, QLD, VIC & ACT) usually takes 5-7 days whilst shipments to Western Australia and Northern Territory can take up to 2-5 working days. International Air Mail generally takes 7-10 working days, however in some cases, may take longer.

Express Post: We offer the opportunity to have your clubs shipped via Express Post within Australia. Express shipping guarantees next working day delivery of your order. You can choose to have your order sent Express Post during the checkout process.
How do I know when my order has been shipped?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail from Golf Sales Australia when your order leaves our warehouse. Orders that are shipped via Australia Post Regular Mail cannot be tracked.
Can I pick up my order from Golf Sales Australia?
Yes, you may choose to pick up your order from our Perth warehouse in Mt Hawthorn. When checking out, choose “Pickup” as your freight option. You will not be charged freight when you choose this option. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for collection.
Do I need to be home to receive my clubs?
Yes. As a part of our agreement with TNT, your clubs will be delivered to your address given when ‘checking out’. If you are not home to receive them, TNT will leave a notice under your door or in your mail box notifying you of the time they tried to deliver your order and also a number to contact to reorganise redelivery of your new clubs. A redelivery FEE will be incurred if you are not home on the first delivery.

You can send items to different customer’s addresses by specifying a different shipping address to your billing address, this is also done through the checkout process.

Each order will need to be placed separately if they are going to different addresses. If you specify different billing and delivery addresses, we will ensure that your order does not ship with any invoice or pricing information. Your tax invoice will be sent to you via e-mail.

The tax invoice we email to your email address acts as proof of purchase for any warranty claims. As the item was purchased by yourself, warranty claims are non-transferable and any warranty claims must come directly from you.
How do my items arrive?
Golf Sales Australia takes a lot of care in insuring that your clubs are delivered safely and are not damaged on their journey to you. All clubs heads are shrink wrapped in plastic and then covered with bubble wrap which prevents them from knocking against each other and making contact while in transport. Shafts are covered in a protective plastic / sleeve which avoids scratching and marking.

Our clubs are packed into high strength corrugated cardboard boxes designed especially to protect golf clubs. We then fill any voids in our boxes with paper filler so the clubs sit still as they make their way to you.
Do you ship internationally (outside of Australia)?
Yes - we offer international shipping and can deliver worldwide. Some bulkier items like golf bags may be too large for our international carriers to handle, however you will be notified by our customer service team if we can’t deliver the bulkier items to your location.
